Equipment use:
This model is mainly developed to meet the cutting efficiency of customers,roller length 690mm,table size 170/145mm*690*160*2 version,it is used for the thickness of 0.6mm~0.65mm products cutting.
Product  feature:

one:Tool rest adopts gantry frame structure, and gantry frame is located on the whole frame integrated with the whole machine frame. There is no vibration during motor rotation, and more stable during high-speed operation.

Two:Four-axis roller tool rest is casted and formed as a whole structure. Smooth and high speed operation driven by independent servo motor ensures cutting quality.

Three:The four motors drive the four rollers independently, so that all four rollers become the driving shaft, reduce the wear of the steel wire to the roller, and improve the service time of the roller. The mounting hole of roller bracket is processed by machining center at one time to ensure the coaxiality requirement of spindle installation.
